Dal Bukhara Recipe (Punjabi Style Black Urad Dal)


  • To start making the Dal Bukhara recipe, stress cook dinner the black grams with required cups water until executed. Remove and mash the dal combination.

  • Heat butter in a heavy bottomed pan. Splutter cumin and bay leaf. Add onions, inexperienced chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute until mild brown.
