To start making the Sweet Potato gratin with recent herbs, first pre-heat the oven to 160 deg Celsius
Rub a 7-inch baking dish with the garlic clove (minimize facet) and grease the dish with butter.
Place a layer of the candy potato slices. Dab every slice with just a little butter. Sprinkle salt, pepper and a few herbs.
Whisk the cream, milk and nutmeg in a small jar.
Pour a few of this cream combination over the candy potato slices.
Place extra slices on high of it, dab with butter, sprinkle salt pepper and herbs and pour some extra cream combination.
Continue layering, ending with the cream combination.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on high and bake for about 40-50 minutes or until the candy potato sliced are gentle.
