The CJI stated, “All the involved parties should participate in the talks, not only Amazon and Biyani.” Salve stated Reliance also needs to be part of. The bench stated, “Instead of talking on the phone, why not encourage them to sit face to face and talk out the issues for reaching a settlement.”
